Measure M
Measure M Measure M is an advisory measure intended to provide the Board of Supervisors with an indication of how the citizens of Sutter County feel about the types and level of development in the area of the South Sutter County Industrial / Commercial Reserve ( Sample Ballot*). On November 2, 2004 Measure M was approved with 59% of the voters voting for the measure. This website is dedicated to providing the public with information related to the implementation of Measure M.

Status

Project Update

On June 17, 2009, the Sutter County Planning Commission will consider rescinding its prior action made on May 27, 2009, and reconsider the Sutter Pointe Specific Plan at a new public hearing*.
