February 10, 2005 Study Session
At the February 10, 2005, study session, the Board of Supervisors
determined that additional study sessions are not necessary at this time.
The Board summarized their direction to potential developers
(see Revised Exhibit A)*.
The next step will be for a prospective developer
or group of developers to approach the County expressing interest in entering
into a funding agreement that will ensure that costs incurred by the County as
a result of processing a project application, will be paid for by the developers.
Once a funding agreement is in place, the Board will consider processing a
single proposal, covering 7,500 acres.
