Veterans Hall General Information
The Veterans Memorial Community Building, operated by
the County of Sutter as a service to the community, is available for rent. On a
first come, first served basis, those renting the Veterans Hall are granted use
of the main auditorium and the kitchen.

Check Availability and Make Online Reservations
An online date reservation system is now available to check the availability of
the hall and to tentatively reserve dates for use. If you do not wish to use the
online reservation system, you may call Facilities Management at (530) 822-7410
and ask for the Veterans Hall Reservation Desk.

The Main Hall capacity is 640 or 400 for dinner. The Kitchen includes 1 BBQ, 1 Grill, 2 Conventional Ovens, and 1 Portable Bar. Hours of use are
from 9:00 AM on the rental date until 8:00 AM on the following day. Hall rental includes
rental of 338 chairs, and 57 six-foot folding tables. Viewing of the hall prior to rental is
available by request.
All fees must be paid in full in advance prior to the event. Refunds for the Cleaning / Damage
Deposit will be returned to renter approximately 30 days after the event is held if there are
no charges for either cleaning and / or damages.
