Annual Operating Permits
I. Food Facilities as defined in the Health and Safety Code, Section 113785:
  A.Major establishments such as restaurants or markets with:  
    1.  25 seats or less than 2,000 square feet $376.00
    2.  26-50 seats or 2,000 - 5,000 square feet $470.00
    3.  51 or more seats or 5,000 - 25,000 square feet $470.00
    4. Supermarket 25,000 square feet or more (If CURFFL Water System add $84.00 to fee) $940.00
  B.Vending Machines per site $47.00
  C. Other Food Facilities as defined in Section 113785 above (MFF, MFPU, Commissaries) $282.00
  D.Temporary Food Permit $47.00
  E.Temporary Food Permit - Non-Profit Organizations No Fee
  F.Special Event Temporary Food Permit  
    1.  10 - 19 facilities 90% of Total Fees
    2.  20 or more facilities 80% of Total Fees
  G.Incidental Food Facility $94.00
  H.Schools No Fee
  I.Detention Facility No Fee
 
II. Recreational Health Program
  A. Public Swimming Pools (Title 22, CA Admin Code), first pool at site $376.00
  B.Public Swimming Pool, each additional pool at the same site $188.00
  C.Organized Camp $376.00
 
III. Public Water Systems
  A.State Small Water Systems $282.00
 
IV. Liquid Waste
  A.Septic Tank Cleaning (per vehicle) $282.00
  B.Chemical Toilet Supplier $94.00
 
V. Penalties
  A. Late Charge - 30 Days Past Due 10 percent of annual fee
  B. Late Charge - 60 Days Past Due 25 percent of annual fee
  C. Late Charge - 90 Days Past Due 2 times the annual fee

  C.Alteration of an existing structure or change in the operation of a food facility, water system, public swimming pool, organized camp or ice plant - Minor Alteration $235.00
