Action Plan
The Building Resilient Communities Action Plan - ACEs, updated December 19, 2024, describes the overview of objectives, strategies, and actions to address ACEs that Sutter County Public Health and our various community partners will implement to build a more resilient community. Here is an overview of the overarching vision and objectives included in the action plan:
- Overarching Vision: Reduce the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) for Sutter County Children and Families
- Objective 1: By January 30, 2026, increase by 50% the home visiting program capacity from its 2022 baseline capacity.
- Objective 2: By January 30, 2026, implement the Handle with Care program in two additional Sutter County schools
