The Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) is asking the public to participate
in the development of the Metropolitan Transportation Plan for 2035 (MTP2035).
This TALL Order event will consist of eight workshops held simultaneously
throughout the region, linked together with technology to create a virtual
regional-scale workshop for public input on the MTP2035.
For the second phase in public involvement, citizen planners are needed to help
prioritize where to invest $30 billion in transportation funding for the next
few decades. TALL Order Forums explore transportation, air quality, land use
and leadership in the region.
The event occurs on November 16th, 2006 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm.
Register online today or call Valley Vision at (916) 325-1634.
