Help us reimagine health in Sutter County. Sutter County Public Health is currently conducting a Community Health Assessment with the goal of helping us all better understand health and well-being in Sutter County, including factors that contribute to the health of our community. This will help us better serve you as a health department and provide opportunities for everyone to take part in ensuring a healthy community now and in the future.
As someone who works, lives, and/or plays in Sutter County you have unique perspectives about health and well-being in our community. This is your opportunity to share those valuable perspectives and help us gain a more complete picture of how healthy we are. Health impacts all of us, and by sharing your thoughts and experiences with us you can be part of making us a healthier place to live, work, and play.
You’ll learn about the results of the survey as part of the Community Health Assessment report, which will be released in mid-2019.
We invite you to take part in this important Community Health Assessment by spending about 15 minutes completing the Sutter County Health and Well-being Survey. Your answers are anonymous and your honest feedback is important to us.
We are also inviting you to take one step further by sharing the survey with those you live, work, play, and worship with. A link to the survey along with a scannable QR code that will take you directly to the survey can be found on the flyer linked below. Paper versions of the survey are available and may be requested by emailing [email protected] or by calling Public Health at (530) 822-7215.
