If you are using the Internet Explorer browser and you are seeing the message "Please upgrade to a supported browser to get a reCAPTCHA challenge.", you may be
going through a proxy server that is preventing you from accessing the Google reCAPTCHA server. The following
tips may fix this problem.

Tip 1: If you have administrator capability on your PC:
- Run Internet Explorer.
- Go to the Local Area Network (LAN) Settings screen. Tools>Internet Options>Connections>LAN Setting
- Unckeck 'Automatically detect settings.'
- Uncheck 'Use a proxy server for your LAN ...'
